The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center, close to shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions. It made exploring this city so convenient and easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect. Our room and bathroom were super clean, and the staff did a fantastic job at keeping everything tidy throughout our stay. This hotel is perfectly located for Semana Santa celebrations, offering an unbeatable experience. the rooms are clean and luxurious, with exclusive amenities to meet all your needs.
One minor issue is that the air conditioning system is not the best, and can leave you feeling a bit stuffy. this is easily remedied by opening the window to let in some fresh air.
